This Privacy Policy explains how Guzzle ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your
information when you use the Guzzle ordering app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you
agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Name and phone number. If you join our rewards program or sign in, we collect the name
and phone number you provide so we can recognize you, track reward progress, and prepare your order.
Order information. The drinks you build and order, your pickup choice (in-store or parking
lot), and any vehicle details you enter to help our crew bring your order out.
Payment information. When you pay in the app, your card details are collected and processed
directly by our payment provider, Square. We do not receive or store your full card number.
If you choose to save a card for faster checkout, Square securely stores it and provides us only a token that
represents it.
Basic device and usage data. Like most apps, standard technical information (such as
general device type and app activity) may be processed to keep the Service working and secure.
How we use your information
To take, prepare, and hand off your orders.
To process payments through Square.
To run our rewards program and track free-drink progress.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
How your information is stored
Your account and order information is stored using our backend provider, Supabase. Payment
processing and any saved-card storage is handled by Square. Both providers maintain their own
security and privacy practices.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers
that make the app work — namely Square (payments) and Supabase (data storage) — and only as needed to operate the
Service, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet
legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your account information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
You can ask us to remove a saved payment card.
You can opt out of the rewards program by contacting us.
Children's privacy
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
